General FAQ's

Do you require a booking fee?

Yes a non refundable booking fee of £50 is required to fully secure your booking.

Do you charge for travel?

Yes we do. We have a small fee of 50p per mile outside of a 30 mile radius from our base in Epworth. This will be quoted to you from the point of enquiry and will be added to your total balance.

Can you set it up outside?

No unfortunately not, but we will happily set up in a marquee or garden enclosure. The area for the booth needs to be fully enclosed on hard, level flooring near a power supply with a minimum ceiling height of 7ft.

Do you have any insurance?

Yes our photo booth business is fully insured and PAT tested annually. Documents can be seen on request.

When is the final balance due?

We will email over the final invoice around 4-6 weeks before your booking with the payment being due 2 weeks beforehand.

Can I change my backdrop & template design choices?

Yes of course! We will send over the final booking form at the same time as your final invoice for you to confirm your details.

Booth FAQ'S

How big is the photo booth?

Our Photobooth is the standard size, and most venues should have a suitable space for us to fit in. However we do ask for a 10ft x8ft space as a minimum near an electric socket to make sure we can provide the best service possible.

When will you arrive to start setting up?

We will usually arrive around 1-2 hours before your hire start time to begin setting up the photo booth. We will always arrive at your chosen venue with enough time before your hire period is due to begin. This is not included in your hire time.

What does the multiple print templates mean?

We will provide 4 unique layouts of the template design of your choice to your guests to choose from on the evening of your hire unless you choose one of our single or personalised designs.

How many people can fit in the photobooth?

Our booths comfortably fit up to 4 people at a time, but can squeeze in up to 6 or 7!

Are the fairy lights & flower garland included?

absolutely! They are a main feature of our booth and wouldnt attend one without them. If you would prefer to not have them attached too we can also do that.

How does the guestbook work?

We usually glue one of your two printed copies into your signing guestbook for your guests to write next to their photos if they wish.
